Al-Kharid
Al Kharid is ruled by the Emir Shah, although the vast majority of the work has been taken over by Chancellor Hassan since the Emir's son was kidnapped. The city is independent from both Misthalin, or any government in the Kharidian desert. Al Kharid was built in the early Fifth Age, by settlers from outside the desert.
